Medicolegal Reports

Mr Auyeung receives instructions from both medical reporting agencies and solicitors to comment on personal injury cases.  He also takes instruction to comment on work related upper limb disorders – chiefly carpal tunnel syndrome.  The majority (>90%) of his instructions are from the claimant’s side.  The rest are defense cases.

Mr Auyeung would expect to examine your client within 10 weeks of instruction and produce a report compliant with CPR Part 35 within 2 weeks following that, provided all records and X-rays are available.

Medicolegal interview and examination take place mainly at The Old Pit Practice or the Spire Washington hospital.
